Completion and distribution of 18 lux apartments with an idyllic view of the Argosaronic Sea, Agioi Theodorou.

Construction of apartments for the purpose of resale and exploitation.

Difficult and demanding work due to the location of the plot – very short distance from the sea (only 10m).

Modern construction methods were used with environmentally friendly materials and high standards of anti-seismic shielding.

The specific project was a particular challenge, on the one hand because it involved the construction of a six-storey apartment building (height 20m) for exploitation and on the other hand because the area is prone to earthquakes.

We used the most modern static studies and managed to maintain high standards.

The overall performance of this project fills us with pride.
