Construction of a luxury detached house.

Hidden in the verdant area of Aghii Theodori, a space was created that harmoniously combines simplicity with luxury.

The construction was intended for commercial exploitation. More specifically, the project concerned the transformation of a privately owned rural residence into a tourist attraction.

Modern construction materials and high standards of energy efficiency were used, as well
applied anti-seismic shielding, due to the construction in a seismic area.

The architectural, static and mechanical study was prepared, by our architects, in a very short period of time.

We are proud of this commercial property development. After numerous private visits, the project continues to receive positive feedback for all aspects of its construction (exterior architecture, decoration, functionality, etc.).
