Creation of 102 apartments, total project area 6350m² in Germany (Daheim in Saarmund).
The bar in this particular project was set very high from the beginning. The specifications were extremely demanding, as it involved 102 apartments. The recipe for success is decisive: know-how, consistency and absolute coordination.

The execution plan of the project was: beginning of June 2021 until the end of May 2022, a schedule which we managed to keep faithfully. The result fully justified the KR1 Berlin team and its partners.
