The owner of the project (you) is informed at regular intervals. We provide updates via phone or even in person by our project supervisor. In some cases, when the owner is away from the project, we send detailed photographic material showing the progress of the project.

Certainly, our company can take care of obtaining a building permit on your behalf.

Of course. We offer a free cost estimate for the desired work with on-site inspection at the renovation site.

Each renovation is unique, and its duration cannot be determined until our (specialized) engineer visits your space. They will present you with a work schedule to provide a complete picture.

The price stated in the written offer we provide will not change. However, if you wish to add some work, the cost will be calculated into the overall cost of the project. In such cases, we prepare an additional offer detailing the extra work, its cost, and the new balance that will result.
